1. Cancellation policies

The tour booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of:

• € 300 for Amalfi full day tour
• € 300 for Amalfi half day tour
• € 300 for Capri Tour
• € 100 for all other services

established between the parties in the agreed form. The balance payment will be made on the day of the tour. All deposits are fully refundable at 100% up to one week before the travel date. In case of bad weather conditions, all deposits are refunded at 100%.

2. Withdrawal due to force majeure reasons

In the event of withdrawal by the Charterer, due to reasons of force majeure or other strictly personal, unforeseeable, undelayable reasons (e.g. health problems), the Charterer will immediately notify the Owner and will, where possible, propose an alternative to the Customers, who can choose to be reimbursed for the amount paid without requesting any penalty from the owner.

3. Cancellation due to weather conditions

If weather conditions do not allow navigation during the scheduled day, the renter has the right to recover the entire amount paid unless postponing the excursion only and exclusively if there is availability.

The tour program may vary at the Skipper's discretion based on weather conditions or other navigation needs. “Positano Rental Boats” will not be in any way responsible for program changes, stops, interruptions resulting from initiatives or decisions taken by the Skipper to protect navigation safety, in particular due to unfavorable weather conditions.

If due to factors beyond the Skipper's control (for example unfavorable weather conditions) the scheduled embarkation and disembarkation ports are unreachable or impracticable, the Skipper himself will be able to decide on the most appropriate alternatives and will communicate this in good time to the Guests on board.

No damage or compensation may be requested for any such unforeseen events and consequent inconveniences.

4. Security details

“Positano Rental Boats” undertakes to make the vessel available to Guests in perfect clean and efficient conditions, in compliance with current regulations and complete with all the safety equipment required for the type of navigation that will be carried out.

In the event of unexpected breakdowns or breakdowns that require a stop for repairs, the owner undertakes to make this period as short as possible.

“Positano Rental Boats” declares to have subscribed to the insurance required by law. The Guest is committed to informing the Skipper, before boarding, on a strictly personal basis, of any health problems, allergies to drugs or foods or other specific personal needs or particular needs.

If the Guest is unable to swim or has other personal impediments, he undertakes to inform the Skipper and to accept any precaution that the Skipper decides to implement to protect the safety and security of the Guest.

The Guest declares to have been informed and to be well aware of the characteristics of the tour.

5. Privacy

For everything not regulated by this document, reference is made to the applicable Italian laws. Privacy: the data provided under this contract will be stored and processed by C.S.V. (as data controller) exclusively for contractual and accounting purposes, in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
